Is it possible to prevent a country from seeing my shipping rates?
Our app is designed to offer shipping rates based on the configuration that you have set up. Essentially, if you have created a few shipping zones (country or group of countries) and configured rates for them, then only the rates associated with those particular zones will be displayed at the checkout.
It's important to note that if a particular zone is not set up in the app, then the app will not provide any rates for it. For instance, if you have set up shipping rates for EU countries, but want to prevent shipment to all the rest of the word, you just need to ensure that you don't cover or include those unwanted zones or countries in any of your shipping zones. This is because our app will not provide rates if a country doesn't not belong to a shipping zone.
