What happens if a postcode is in two regions?

If a postcode is added to more than one region, any rates set up on those regions will apply to the cart if they meet the rate rule condition -If any added.

For example:

Region1

Has the 1234 postcode added in the inclusion field

Has the Standard shipping:$8 rate configured

Region2

Has the 1234 postcode in the inclusion field too

Has the Expedited shipping: $15 rate configured

If a merchant tries to checkout using the 1234 postcode, they will get both rates available:

Expedited shipping: $15

and

Standard shipping:$8

And your customers will be able to choose from those options.
