Can I use this app to limit rates for my local area by postcode?
Yes, you can offer different rates for your local area, and target the area by postcode.
You can set that up by creating a Region for the local area with one Rate, and another Region for other areas with a different Rate. The first Region is defined by postcode and the second Region is usually a 'catch all' which picks up all other postcodes.
