Extending your trial
Setting up your shipping rates can take a little time, especially when you have some complex settings you need to test
When you install Postcode Shipping you start a free 7-day trial. If you're finding that this trial period is not quite long enough to get everything set up then don't worry - it's easy to request a trial extension.
When you are three days from the end of your trial you will see a banner on the dashboard notifying you that your trial will soon expire. You are free to then extend your trial.
The first trial extension is 14 days, the second is 7 and the final trial extension is for 3 days.
If you have still not completed set up within this time then not to worry - just contact support and we'll gladly discuss any further extensions with you and work with you to get your shipping setup just right.
